  1. `DRIVER' menu `BRING TO FRONT' & `SEND TO BACK' item:

  3.       Use this menu item to quickly bring the window containing all
  4.       of the installed drivers to the front of the screen display.

  6.       This same menu item can then be used to send the window to the
  7.       back of the screen display.
